  • All classes are booked online through our scheduling system. Once you purchase a class or membership, you can reserve either a studio or virtual spot instantly.

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late, your spot may be given to a walk-in who has arrived early. To ensure you have your spot, please arrive on time.

  • Studio classes are held in person at our location, while virtual classes allow you to join live from anywhere and follow along in real time.

  • We highly recommend booking in advance, but walk-ins are accepted based on availability. Just keep in mind, walk-ins don’t guarantee a spot, so booking early is best!

  • You’ll need a stable internet connection, a space to move comfortably, and any basic equipment if specified (like dumbbells or a mat).

  • Bring water, a towel, and clean sneakers. All studio equipment is provided unless otherwise noted.

  • Yes. All classes include modifications, so beginners and advanced participants can train at their own pace.

  • Yes. Depending on your membership or package, you can choose either format when booking each class.

  • We require at least 12–24 hours notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged

  • If you experience technical difficulties, try rejoining the session. If problems persist, contact us after class, and we’ll help resolve it.

  • We ask that you wear fitted, breathable activewear and clean, indoor sneakers. Please arrive on time, be respectful of others, and avoid strong fragrances in the studio.

STUDIO

  • All orders are processed within 5-7 business days. Pre-orders and limited-edition releases may take longer; estimated ship dates will be noted at checkout. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Yes! We ship globally. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination. International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We provide detailed sizing charts for each collection on the product page. For a perfect fit, we recommend measuring yourself and comparing it to our chart. If you’re between sizes, consider sizing up for comfort or down for a more sculpted fit.

  • To keep your PETALED clothing looking its best:

        •    Machine wash cold with like colors

        •    Use gentle detergent

        •    Do not bleach

        •    Lay flat to dry or tumble dry low

        •    Avoid ironing over logos or embellishments

  • Yes! We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed, and original-condition items with all tags attached. To initiate a return:

        1.    Email contact@petaled.com with your order number and reason for return.

        2.    Our team will provide a return authorization and instructions.

        3.    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or we made an error.

    Exchanges: If you’d like a different size or color, simply indicate this when requesting your return. Once we receive your original item, your new item will be shipped.

    Final Sale Items: Sale or clearance items may be final sale and are non-returnable.

  • If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact contact@petaled.com within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue. We will provide a replacement or store credit immediately.

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Pre-orders or limited-edition items cannot be canceled once processed. Please email contact@petaled.com to request a cancellation.
